Made of rust- and dent-resistant stainless steel, the Turbo Air PST-60-N refrigerated prep table has enhanced resilience during frequent use. Inside, the bottom is made of galvanized steel, while the doors have aluminum liners for lightweight, durable operation. For streamlined use, this unit has a digital control and display system that's externally located to facilitate monitoring.
