To prevent sudden rolling during use, the front casters have locks that be engaged to secure the unit in place. This two-section table can hold as many as 30 sixth-size pans, and it provides 30 cubic feet of refrigerated storage space within its cabinet.

The Turbo Air PST-72-30-N-CL refrigerated prep table operates with a cold bunker system that keeps food pans chilled without wasting excess energy. Its lids are clear, letting users see into the table to locate necessary ingredients before the top is opened. Maintaining temperatures from 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit, this table preserves the freshness of stored ingredients to reduce waste. For streamlined cleaning, the hoods and hood lids are removable.
