Designed with dual-sided lids, the Turbo Air PST-72-30-N-DS sandwich and salad prep table enables access from either side of the unit. It can hold as many as 30 sixth-size pans of ingredients such as sliced vegetables, meats, cheese, and various salad toppings. The unit's cold bunker system circulates air efficiently around the sides and bottom of pans, maintaining temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit while the lid is open.

The Turbo Air PST-72-30-N-DS prep table with refrigerated base has a digital temperature control and monitoring system that gives users a way to adjust the temperature and view the current setting from the outside. Inside the unit, LED lighting provides enhanced visual clarity, and two stainless steel shelves give users a place to store backup supplies. To move the table, it comes with 4-inch casters, and the front casters are locking for increased stability.
