It offers 19 cubic feet of interior space and includes two corrosion-resistant stainless steel shelves that can be wiped clean. The remainder of the unit is also constructed of stainless steel, ensuring durability with rigorous use.

To maintain temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit, the Turbo Air PST-72-G-N sandwich and salad prep table utilizes eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It's insulated with high-density polyurethane to prevent cold air from leaking out of the cabinet, while its interior is equipped with LED lighting to improve visibility. Because the unit is mounted on casters, operators can comfortably relocate it.
