Turbo Air TPR-44SD-D2-N 44" Super Deluxe Pizza Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Turbo Air TPR-44SD-D2-N prep table has top cutouts that hold six third-size, 6-inch-deep pans for storing toppings. In front, there is a 19¹/₄-inch-deep-by-¹/₂-inch-thick polyethylene cutting board for slicing and preparation. Extra toppings can be stored in the two stainless steel drawers in the base of the unit that can hold sixth-size pans. Most of the interior and exterior are constructed of stainless steel for strength and durability.

The self-contained refrigeration system has all the components built together. It is also mounted on the side of the cabinet, making it easy to access for maintenance. To reduce the risk of a premature system failure, the self-cleaning condenser cleans dirt and debris two to three times daily. The Turbo Air TPR-44SD-D2-N prep table uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
