The top compartment of the Turbo Air TPR-93SD-D4-N pizza prep table holds 12 third-size, 6-inch-deep condiment pans. Cold air flows around the top, bottom, front, and rear of the top pan compartment, which keeps ingredients at food-safe temperatures under 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Since the top compartment is separated from the cabinet interior, spilled ingredients are contained in the compartment. Additional ingredients can be stored in the refrigerated base, which has four drawers and a cabinet. Each drawer holds 12 sixth-size, 6-inch-deep pans, and the cabinet section has two shelves. Pizzas can be assembled on the high-density cutting board, which covers the full width of the table and measures 19¹/₄ inches dep by ¹/₂ inch thick.

The Turbo Air TPR-93SD-D4-N pizza prep table has a self-contained refrigeration system that uses environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant. Because this type of refrigeration system keeps each of the components in one place, the unit is simple to install. It is also side-mounted, so the system can be easily accessed for maintenance. Dust is automatically brushed away from the self-cleaning condenser multiple times a day to prevent accumulation that can cause system failures.
