Equipped with a cold air compartment and insulated pan cover, the Turbo Air TST-28SD-12-D2-N Super Deluxe sandwich/salad prep table provides consistent airflow and insulation across its top pan area. Its stainless steel top accommodates 12 sixth-size condiment pans under removable insulated covers. The 9¹/₂-inch-deep polyethylene cutting board with side rail offers a convenient prep surface. This unit includes two drawers, each configured to handle a variety of pan combinations, and features a stainless steel wire shelf in the refrigerated base.

Supported by a hot gas condensate system, the Turbo Air TST-28SD-12-D2-N prep table helps reduce excess moisture. The self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and holds temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. A digital monitoring system with external display ensures clear temperature visibility. This one-section unit is constructed of stainless steel with a galvanized steel back and bottom, and it rides on 5³/₄-inch swivel casters with front locks.
