The Turbo Air TST-28SD-N prep table has eight sixth-size pans in the top compartment to hold toppings for salads and sandwiches. Ingredients and meals can be prepared on the polyethylene cutting board that runs the length of the unit. They are protected by an insulated cover, which also keeps cold air over product. A forced-air system pushes cold air over the toppings to keep them in the food safe zone.

The stainless steel interior is easy to clean and has a stainless steel shelf to hold additional product. LED lights shine in the cabinet to provide visibility. Additional structure is added with the foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The galvanized and stainless steel exterior is strong and durable. Moving the Turbo Air TST-28SD-N prep table is simple with 4-inch-diameter swivel casters with two that lock to secure the unit in place.
