Engineered with a rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system, the Turbo Air TST-60SD-24-D4-N prep table delivers consistent cooling using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its Cold Bunker system circulates air beneath, behind, and over the top pans to maintain temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and the cabinet holds a 33 to 39 degree Fahrenheit range. The self-cleaning condenser removes debris from coils daily, and a hot gas condensate system reduces internal moisture. A digital temperature controller with external display simplifies cabinet monitoring.
