To prolong its life, the Turbo Air TST-60SD-24-N-GL Super Deluxe prep table has a self-cleaning condenser that brushes away debris and dust every day. Its heavy-duty stainless steel construction is scratch and rust resistant, and a removable 9¹/₂-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board is included. When the door is opened, the fans turn off to save energy and prevent warm air from entering. To keep product under 41 degrees Fahrenheit, a Cold Bunker system moves air around and over the food pans.

The Turbo Air TST-60SD-24-N-GL prep table has a refrigerated base that keeps stored food between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. Included with the unit, the 24 sixth-size food pans are 4 inches deep and are protected by a tempered glass lid that enables users to see food without releasing cold air. This unit has two doors with durable, ergonomic handles and two interior stainless steel shelves that support product. In case the table needs to be moved, four 4-inch-diameter swivel casters are included, two with brakes.
