The Turbo Air TST-72SD-D6-N sandwich and salad prep table is a durable unit featuring a stainless steel interior and exterior for resistance to rust and corrosion through frequent use. The unit has a three-section design with six drawers in its base for expanded refrigerated food storage. The refrigeration system is self-contained and bottom mounted, using eco-friendly, efficient R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. To help limit maintenance and enhance convenience, the system is equipped with a self-cleaning condenser.
The Turbo Air TST-72SD-D6-N sandwich and salad prep table comes with 18 food pans that can be set in the top pan rail to hold prepared sandwich ingredients and toppings. The refrigeration system works to keep the base and the pan rail at a set level between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. The food pans come with an insulated cover for temperature control. The prep table has a full-length polyethylene cutting board to provide a dedicated workspace for preparing meals. The full unit measures 725/8 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 375/8 inches high.
