The Turbo Air TST-72SD-N-CL prep table is a three-section unit offering 19 cubic feet of interior space and is furnished with three interior stainless steel wire shelves. The unit's remainder is also constructed of stainless steel to resist corrosion and streamline cleaning. Ideal for pizza prep or sandwich assembly, it's built with an 18-pan top opening, a cold bunker system, and a 91/2-inch-deep high-density polyethylene cutting board.
