Wells HMP-6 Drop-In Hot Food Well W/ (1) 1/2 Size Pan Capacity, 120v

Compatible with wet and dry applications, the Wells HMP-6 half-size drop-in food well can be used with or without water. Using water improves heat transfer and promotes even heating, but it's harder to clean than dry units. The heating elements in this unit are powerful, keeping cooked food warm until it's ready to be served. Operators can adjust the temperature in the unit with the thermostatic controller. Because the opening is 6 inches by 20 inches, it accommodates a half-size pan and smaller fractional pans. This unit's stainless steel construction withstands heavy use, while the deep-drawn construction increases durability.
