Designed for drop-in-ready installation, the Wells MOD-200DM dual-heating tank is ideal for buffet counters. Its two wells can hold a standard-sized pan and are controlled separately via the infinite knobs on the 14-inch panel. Wellsloks? secure the unit in place for efficient installation. Overall, this tank system measures 291/2 inches wide by 235/8 inches deep by 93/4 inches high.
For durability and corrosion resistance, the Wells MOD-200DM drop-in hot food warming unit is constructed of stainless steel and is fully insulated to help retain heat. Powerful tubular heating elements are housed in the base and work to bring each side to its set temperature. One 1/4-inch drain outlet is drilled into either side, and this system includes a cord with a plug and a conversion kit to shift between a single and triple phase as needed.
