Wells MOD-200TDM/AF Drop-In Hot Food Well W/ (2) Full Size Pan Capacity, 208-240v

The Wells MOD-200TDM/AF drop-in food warmer is insulated on the bottom, front, back, and sides for fast preheating and heat recovery. High temperature limits keep the warmer from overheating. Deep-drawn, durable, stainless steel warming pans help retain heat inside the wells. The warming pans each have a tubular heating element underneath for even heat distribution.

Each compartment of the Wells MOD-200TDM/AF hot food well has its own thermostatic controls, enabling different types of foods to be simultaneously heated at their own safe temperature. This warmer holds four ¹/₃-size pans per well or the equivalent number of fractional pans. This drop-in food warmer can be used for wet or dry operations, but wet applications give the best results. It periodically fills with water using the auto-fill feature to stay at safe levels during wet operation.
