Wells MOD-500 Drop-In Hot Food Well W/ (5) Full Size Pan Capacity, 208-240v
To permit versatile food warming, the Wells MOD-500 drop-in hot food well is endowed with infinite controls, which permit staff to control each well individually. This unit measures 711/2 inches wide by 235/8 inches long by 93/4 inches high and has five wells that each accommodate a 12-inch by 20-inch food pan. This unit is suited for dry or wet operation, though wet operation is recommended for the best results. This unit warms food items with tubular heating elements underneath the stainless steel warming pans. For resistance against corrosion and dents, this unit has a stainless steel flange. To alert staff when set temperatures are reached, this unit has indicator lights.
