Ideal for school cafeterias, the Beverage Air SM34HC-S milk cooler has electronic controls to keep milk between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. An exterior thermometer enables monitoring, so users can make sure that milk doesn't spoil and make consumers sick. It cools with a cold-wall evaporator in the cabinet, and its coil is epoxy coated to help prevent it from corroding. Automatic defrost eliminates any ice that forms in the unit, and a floor drain removes water when the ice melts. Mounted on 4-inch casters, this unit is can be moved throughout the cafeteria.

The Beverage Air SM34HC-S school milk cooler has self-latching lids that seal shut with gaskets to reduce heat transfer into the cabinet. At the end of the day, the cooler can be locked to prevent tampering and theft. To enable storage of milk carton cases, the cabinet has floor racks made of wire, which promote uniform airflow. Its interior and exterior are made of stainless steela€”a durable material that resists corroding when wet.
