To provide durability, the Beverage Air SM49HC-S milk cooler is made of stainless steel. It defrosts automatically to eliminate ice buildup and has a centrally located drain to empty water from the interior. Using environmentally conscious R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the cold-wall refrigeration system keeps product between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Users can adjust this number with electronic controls and monitor it with the external thermometer.

The Beverage Air SM49HC-S stainless steel milk cooler has self-latching lids that can be locked for security. Safety bumpers around the lids protect the unit from damage during transport, which is streamlined with its 4-inch plate casters. Ensuring a tight seal, the lids have flexible gaskets around them to prevent cold air from seeping out.
