To keep all the milk cooled, this unit has a forced air cooling system that evenly distributes cold air. Temperatures stay cool thanks to the R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and it is easy for the operator to monitor temperatures thanks to the exterior thermometer. The Beverage Air SMF34HC-1-S milk cooler has a stainless steel interior and exterior to resist stains and scratches.
