A cylinder lock secures the contents, and the interior includes wire floor racks for organized stacking during mealtime service.

To maintain temperatures between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, the Beverage-Air ST49HC-W-02 milk cooler operates with a cold wall, self-contained refrigeration system powered by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Manual defrost helps prevent ice buildup, while flexible compression gaskets ensure a tight seal.
