Made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the interior of the Beverage-Air ST58HC-W-02 milk cooler is designed to withstand repeated use and can be wiped clean as needed. Its dual-access layout provides top and side entry, helping staff members quickly load and serve up to 1,024 half-pint cartons. A flat top surface adds functional space for staging during service or prep.

Temperature is maintained between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit by a cold wall refrigeration system that uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. The Beverage-Air ST58HC-W-02 milk cooler includes manual defrost and a full electronic control system with external thermometer. A central floor drain with hose adapter streamlines cleanup, while self-latching lids and cylinder locks help secure product throughout the day.
