The Continental MC3NSSSCW milk cooler has top and side access; the door and lid's hinged, latched system are simple to access. They feature snap-in gaskets for an airtight closure. The interior compartment spans 13 cubic feet, which holds four 19-inch by 13-inch crates and eight 13-inch by 11-inch crates. It comes with noncorrosive, epoxy-coated floor racks to keep the space organized. To withstand heavy use, the exterior, interior, and floor are made of heavy-duty stainless steel, and its interior is insulated with 2-inch-thick polyurethane foam. To enable mobility, it sits on 5-inch-diameter plate casters.

An energy-efficient design for cooling, the Continental MC3NSSSCW single-access milk cooler has a cold-wall refrigeration system. The condenser uses R290 refrigerant and is bottom mounted for convenience. It has a preset temperature of 36 degrees Fahrenheit, which can be adjusted with the electronic controller. Using the high/low alarm, users can conveniently monitor internal conditions.
