The SaniServ 707 countertop frozen drink machine has a 20-quart-capacity reservoir, which is ideal for medium-volume applications. AccuFreeze solid-state controls ensure the unit runs consistently to make perfect batches of cocktails throughout the day, and these controls have a lockout timer that prevents unauthorized users from changing the system. Because the unit has a stainless steel exterior and steel interior frame, it supports heavy use without denting, bending, or scratching, and convenient disassembly, cleaning, and sanitization, the unit is made with few moving parts.
