The SaniServ 708 margarita machine has the ability to produce 10 gallons of margaritas or other cocktail beverages in an hour. It has a large evaporator and mix reservoir with a capacity of 20 quarts, and it includes one head with a handle for dispensing product. The unit's refrigeration system is self-contained and cooled by air. Compatible with R404A refrigerant, the refrigeration system comes with a ³/₄-horsepower compressor.

The SaniServ 708 frozen cocktail machine has a small footprint because it is designed to sit on a countertop. Constructed of steel, the interior's frame is durable and helps reinforce the unit, and the stainless steel exterior is simple to clean and rust resistant. The dasher is equipped with scraper blades that are low friction, so they can easily mix product. A solid-state control ensures that the mixture is separated and consistent.

The CTS is included in this price and required to activate manufacturer's warranty. Representative will inspect the unit for proper installation (uncrate & set in place with electrical connections arranged by end-user prior to scheduled CTS), representative will instruct end-user on proper operating & cleaning procedures including start-up with product (product to be supplied by end-user).
