The True TMC-34-S-SS-HC milk cooler can accommodate eight 13-inch by 13-inch by 11¹/₈-inch crates, and its heavy-duty stainless steel construction simplifies cleaning the interior, exterior, and door. Its floor is reinforced with racks that support heavy loads. Four castors make it simple to move the unit, place it in cafeteria lines, and be cleaned underneath, while the door can be locked to prevent theft and tampering. To retain cool air, the unit is insulated with polyurethane insulation that has been foamed in place.

The unit retains set temperature levels between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, while an exterior display provides a digital temperature readout, enabling users to monitor this True TMC-34-S-SS-HC milk cooler. Environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used in the self-contained capillary tube system to generate cold air, and evaporator and condenser fan motors consistently move air around the cabinet. Resisting corrosion, the evaporator is epoxy coated, and the condensing unit slides out for cleaning access.

The reverse condensing fan motor has an automatic leaning feature, blowing air toward the reverse condensing coil for 20 seconds when the compressor is turned on. This consistent removal of debris from the coil's surface enables it to work more efficiently with less energy usage.
