True TMC-49-DS-HC Milk Cooler W/ Dual Top & Side Access - (768) Half Pint Carton Capacity, 115v

The True TMC-49-DS milk cooler can hold 12 standard milk crates, ideal for supplying school cafeterias and lunchrooms with a medium-to-high volume of milk. To provide dual access, it is equipped with a drop-front door and flip-up top door on each side, with both doors coming standard with locks to prevent unauthorized access. Its white powder-coated, cold-rolled steel exterior prevents peeling and chipping, and the interior has a clear-coated aluminum liner with a reinforced stainless steel floor. Foamed-in-place polyurethane keeps cool air in the cabinet.

Contents in the True TMC-49-DS milk cooler are kept at the selected temperature within a range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and consistent forced-air refrigeration is provided by a self-contained capillary tube system, which uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Reducing heat production and conserving energy, the evaporator and condenser fan motors are electronically commutated. To help elongate unit lifespan, the condensing fan motor directs air in a reverse direction when the compressor turns on, removing buildup of debris on the condensing coil. Structured to work alongside preventive maintenance, consistent cleaning of the coil's surface can improve operation, keeping products cool and reducing energy use. Accessible from behind the back grill, the condensing unit slides to support maintenance, while the evaporator is coated in epoxy to resist corrosion.
