For serving two lunch lines simultaneously, the True TMC-49-S-DS-SS-HC milk cooler has dual-sided access provided by two flip-up doors and two drop-down doors on each side. All these doors are made of stainless steel and have locks that secure the milk, as the unit can hold twelve 13-inch by 13-inch milk crates. Because the floor is reinforced and has durable floor racks, the cooler can support heavy loads, and the interior walls and floor are made of stainless steel to simplify cleaning. A cleanout drain is integrated into the floor, so employees can drain water and spills from the cabinet.

The forced-air refrigeration system in this True TMC-49-S-DS-SS-HC milk cooler keeps milk cold, using fans throughout the cabinet to evenly distribute cold air. These fans have electronically commutated motors, meaning they operate efficiently by lowering energy use and heat production. Operators can set the temperature at a level between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and for precise monitoring, they can check that level on the external digital display. If the system has an issue, operators can slide out the condensing unit for maintenance.

Directing air in an opposite direction for 20 seconds when the compressor turns on, the reverse condensing fan motor helps reduce buildup of debris on the condensing coil's surface. Working alongside preventive maintenance, this mechanism can help the coil work more smoothly without using as much energy, elongating the unit's overall lifespan.
