The True TMC-58-DS-HC milk cooler has stay-open lids that won't slam shut on users during access. The cooler accommodates (16) 13-inch by 13-inch by 11¹/₈-inch milk crates and has three heavy-duty floor racks to hold these crates without bending. Accessible from the side and top, the cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to prevent milk from spoiling or getting warm. Mounted on 4-inch castors, this cooler can be moved around where it's needed.

An environmentally friendly unit, the True TMC-58-DS-HC milk refrigerator cools with natural R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and forced air. It provides a temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, while a digital thermometer enables monitoring to ensure unwanted temperature changes don't occur. For better operation, the condensing fan motor blows air in an opposite direction when the unit's compressor is turned on, removing buildup of dirt, dust, and debris from the condensing coil. This automatic mechanism helps maintain a clean surface so the coil can keep products cool for longer periods and use less energy overall. Preventive maintenance should still be carried out to ensure the coil is operating properly over time. The lids and floor are made of rust-resistant stainless steel, and the interior is made of durable aluminum.
