This True TMC-58-DS-SS-HC milk cooler can hold 16 standard milk crates, which are supported by a reinforced floor and three floor racks. Milk can be accessed through dual-sided service doors, with a flip-up top door and a drop front door on each side. Its service doors and interior are constructed of stainless steel, while the exterior is finished with durable white vinyl that can be used in heavily trafficked areas, such as school cafeterias. Mounted on 4-inch castors, this unit can be moved, and it has a cleanout drain for efficient cleanup.

Contents of this milk cooler are held at a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and to maintain these cool temperatures, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is metered through the capillary tube system. An epoxy coating on the evaporator provides rust protection, and the condensing unit slides out from the back for accessibility to clean and service. To efficiently move air throughout the cabinet, the True TMC-58-DS-SS-HC milk cooler has condenser and evaporator fan motors that are electronically commutated, producing less heat and using less energy.

Because the condensing coil operates best when its surface is clean, this unit's condensing fan motor has an automatic cleaning mechanism, blowing toward the coil for 20 seconds when the compressor starts up. This technology helps remove debris, permitting the coil to work more efficiently with less energy use over time. Preventive maintenance is still necessary for the coil to ensure it's working properly.
