True TMC-58-S-SS-HC Milk Cooler W/ Top & Side Access - (1024) Half Pint Carton Capacity, 115v
The forced-air refrigeration system in the True TMC-58-S-SS-HC milk cooler uses fans to evenly move cold air throughout the cabinet, and because these fans are electronically commutated, they operate efficiently with reduced energy use and heat production. Depending on the application, operators can set the temperature in the unit between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and that temperature level can be monitored on the exterior display. If the refrigeration system has an issue, operators can access the slide-out condensing unit behind the back grille.
The condensing fan motor blows in a reverse direction for 20 seconds when the compressor is turned on, helping remove debris from the condensing coil's surface. This automated mechanism can help maintain a cleaner coil, enabling it to perform more effectively for longer periods. Implementing consistent preventive maintenance practices can also help the coil operate efficiently, increasing the unit's lifespan.
This True TMC-58-S-SS-HC milk cooler has two doors, one flipping up on the top and one dropping down on the front, and each of these doors has a lock to protect against theft and tampering. Accommodating 16 standard-sized milk crates, the unit has durable racks that are supported by the reinforced floor, enabling these crates to be supported once they're filled with milk cartons. Constructed of stainless steel, the interior and exterior are durable, rust resistant, and simplify cleaning.

Founded in 1948 by World War II veteran Bob Trulaske, True refrigeration got its start creating bottle coolers out of downtown St. Louis warehouse, but the brand has grown into one of the largest players in the global commercial refrigeration market. Known for reliable and sanitary commercial refrigerators, the family-owned business primarily creates refrigerators out of its O'Fallon, Mo., headquarters.
