True TMC-58-SS-HC Milk Cooler W/ Top & Side Access - (1024) Half Pint Carton Capacity, 115v

As many as 16 standard milk crates fit in the True TMC-58-SS-HC milk cooler, and floor racks are included to support the weight of the crates when they are loaded with milk. For additional strength, the floor is reinforced and made of durable stainless steel. Because a drain is integrated into the floor, operators can quickly cleanup spills and hose out the cabinet. For serving one cafeteria line, the cooler has a drop-front door and flip-up door, providing complete access for users.

This True TMC-58-SS-HC milk cooler has a temperature range from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit that can be set by the operator to best suit their application. Cold air is moved around the cabinet with a forced air system, using fans with electronically commutated motors. Reversing for 20 seconds upon compressor start up, the condensing fan motor blows air toward the condensing coil, eliminating debris. With a cleaner surface, the coil can operate more efficiently with less energy. Preventive maintenance should continue to be implemented to ensure the coil is performing correctly over time. To maintain cool temperatures, the system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, a more eco-friendly option that traditional refrigerants.
