To resist corrosion and dents, the True T-36-GC-S-HC one-section glass chiller's exterior is made of stainless steel with a galvanized steel interior. Its walls are foamed in place with polyurethane insulation to retain temperatures, and its welded steel frame rail is powder-coated black for further corrosion resistance. Inside, three PVC-coated wire shelves can hold (172) 10-ounce stein mugs or (180) 8-inch mugs.

To keep mugs at or below 0 degrees Fahrenheit, this True T-36-GC-S-HC glass chiller has a self-contained capillary tube system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. A defrost cycle runs automatically at a set time and stops when a specific temperature is reached. Its condensing unit slides out for convenient access when servicing, and evaporator and condenser fan motors are electronically commutated, reducing energy consumption and heat production while efficiently distributing air.

Regularly cleaning the condenser coil, the fan motor removes excess dust, dirt, and debris by running in reverse mode. This self-cleaning happens every time the motor starts up for 20 seconds. With a regularly cleaned coil, the refrigeration system operates efficiently, reduces energy consumption, and maintains consistent product temperatures. These benefits prolong the lifespan of the system, but they don't replace routine preventative maintenance and cleaning.

Glass and Plate Chiller/Froster, 0°F & below, capacity: (180) 8" mugs or (172) 10 oz. steins, (3) adjustable PVC coated shelves, auto defrost, stainless steel counter top & lid, deep well design, galvanized interior, stainless steel exterior, R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, 1/4 HP, 115v/60/1-ph, 2.3 amps, NEMA 5-15P, cULus, UL EPH Classified

Founded in 1948 by World War II veteran Bob Trulaske, True refrigeration got its start creating bottle coolers out of downtown St. Louis warehouse, but the brand has grown into one of the largest players in the global commercial refrigeration market. Known for reliable and sanitary commercial refrigerators, the family-owned business primarily creates refrigerators out of its O'Fallon, Mo., headquarters.
