True T-50-GC-S-HC 2 Section Glass Chiller w/ 250 Mug Capacity, Stainless, 115v

The True T-50-GC-S-HC two-section glass chiller has an oversized refrigeration system that holds temperatures at 0 degrees Fahrenheit and below. Forced-air cooling keeps the temperature balanced throughout the cabinet and keeps the contents chilled. An automatic defrost system reduces ice buildup and helps prevent the need for excessive maintenance. High-volume airflow is created by the evaporator fan motors so glasses and plates are quickly chilled.

Every time the condenser fan motor starts up, it reverses for 20 seconds to blow dirt and dust off the condensing coil. When this component is subjected to regular cleaning, the refrigeration system operates more efficiently, uses less energy, and maintains more consistent product temperatures than units running with dirty coils. These benefits help prolong the lifespan of the system, but they won't eliminate the need to perform routine preventative maintenance.

The exterior is a durable stainless steel to resist dents and scuffs, while the interior is heavy-duty galvanized steel. This chiller is insulated with high-density polyurethane to trap cold air and provide proper refrigeration. In the cabinet interior are two adjustable, heavy-duty shelves that have a split design for rotation of chilled glasses and plates, keeping a chilled supply at hand when a new batch is inserted. The True T-50-GC-S-HC two-section glass chiller can accommodate (250) 8-inch mugs and (240) 10-ounce steins.
