The Dexter Russell 30405 iCut-PRO® bread slicer has an 8-inch-long blade with a serrated edge that can slice through soft bread without tearing or smashing it. Durable and rust resistant, this blade is constructed of high-quality German steel, and it has a forged construction that is heavier and thicker than stamped alternatives. The edge has been individually ground and honed for additional strength in commercial kitchens. Because the handle is made of soft Santoprene®, it's slip resistant and comfortable to grip.
