The Dexter S133-9PCP 9-inch Sani-Safe® fillet knife has a white polypropylene handle that is easy to clean and textured to prevent it from slipping. The handle material can also be used in hot and cold applications, like cutting meats fresh out of the oven or those in a meat locker. It features a seal between the blade and handle that eliminates a crevice that can capture food particles and harbor bacterial growth. The Dexter S133-9PCP Sani-Safe fillet knife has a 9-inch blade made from DEXSTEEL®, a high-carbon steel specially designed to resist staining. This flexible blade makes the knife ideal for the precision work of filleting and boning fish.
