With its 25-gallon capacity, the Cleveland KDL-25-T steam kettle is ideal for cooking large batches of broth, chili, or soup. It operates using direct steam, so it doesn't need gas or electrical hookups, but it must be connected to an external boiler for use. It features a two-thirds steam jacket that eliminates hot and cold spots and provides uniform heating. The self-locking tilt mechanism facilitates distribution of cooked food and is permanently lubricated to reduce maintenance needs. Mounted on the console, a valve simplifies steam control.

The Cleveland KDL-25-T tilting kettle is made of stainless steel to provide durability and rust resistance. When the kettle is tilted, broth can be poured out over the high-capacity pouring lip.
