Cleveland KDL-60-TSH 60 gal Steam Kettle - Manual Tilt, 2/3 Jacket, Direct Steam

The Cleveland KDL-60-TSH tilting kettle accommodates 60 gallons of soup, broth, or stew. It features a full steam jacket design that enables the kettle to be filled to the brim for even cooking. Operated with direct steam, the unit must be attached to an external boiler for use. Its tilting mechanism self-locks to secure it and remains permanently lubricated to reduce maintenance needs. The kettle's contents are drained through a large pouring lip to serve them to guests in an institution, banquet hall, or restaurant.

A control valve mounted on the console of the Cleveland KDL-60-TSH steam kettle is useful for adjusting steam levels. Its feet are flanged for bolting and adjustable to secure it on uneven floors and surfaces. For removal of condensation, it includes a condensate drain valve with an insulated handle that's safe to use because it remains cool to the touch.
