Cleveland KDL100T 100 gal Steam Kettle - Manual Tilt, 2/3 Jacket, Direct Steam
To supply steam between 10 and 45 PSI, this Cleveland KDL100T direct steam kettle requires an external boiler or steam generator. This steam fills the unit's two-thirds steam jacket to radiate heat evenly for uniform cooking. To ensure the right steam pressure enters the unit, a steam control valve is built onto the kettle. The kettle's 100-gallon capacity accommodates large volumes of gravy, stew, soup, and rice. Once product is cooked, users can grab the unit's side handles to tilt the kettle and direct product out of the high-capacity pouring lip.
Mounted on an open, quad-leg base, the Cleveland KDL100T is stabilized in place; its adjustable, flanged feet can be bolted to the floor to prevent shifting during pouring. The legs, exterior, and interior are made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel—heavy-duty metal that can be wiped clean. Overall, this floor unit measures 51 1/8 inches wide by 43 1/2 inches deep by 44 7/8 inches high.
