Cleveland KDL125 125 gal Steam Kettle - Stationary, 2/3 Jacket, Direct Steam
For cooking soups, stews, rice, and sauces, the Cleveland KDL125 stationary steam kettle has a 125-gallon capacity. To ensure product is cooked uniformly, a two-thirds steam jacket is built into the kettle, and it's heated by steam from an exterior steam generator or boiler unit. A domed, hinged, spring-assisted cover built onto the kettle retains heat throughout cooking while protecting product from potential contaminants. To achieve the desired product consistency, excess liquid can be drained from the 2-inch draw-off valve.
The Cleveland KDL125 steam kettle can be bolted to the floor; its open, tri-leg base and adjustable, flanged feet stabilize the unit in place. Its durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant structure endures heavy-duty use in busy kitchens and can be wiped clean to ensure it's sanitary for future use. For a comfortable working height, it's 45 1/8 inches wide by 46 5/8 inches deep by 43 inches high, or 83 1/4 inches high with an open cover.
