Cleveland KDL25 25 gal Steam Kettle - Stationary, 2/3 Jacket, Direct Steam

This Cleveland KDL25 kettle is a floor model mounted on an open, tri-leg base with adjustable, flanged feet that can be bolted to the floor. It features a stainless steel exterior finish to withstand daily, long-term use in busy kitchens, while its 316 series stainless steel interior endures repeated heating and cooling. It measures 26 1/2 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 37 inches high (59 inches high when the lid is open) and supports 25 gallons of stew, pasta, rice, and soup, which is equivalent to roughly (400) 8-ounce servings. Thus, it's ideal for operators wanting to cook large batches of product at one time.

To heat the Cleveland KDL25 kettle's steam jacket, it must be connected to an external boiler or steam generator that can supply between 5 and 45 PSI steam pressure. Because the steam jacket encases two-thirds of the kettle, it heats product evenly, reducing the risk of burning. Operators can control steam flow using the steam control inlet valve, and to preserve temperatures, a spring-assisted cover is built onto the kettle. Though it can't be tilted to expel solid product, water or broth can be drained through the 2-inch tangent draw-off valve, which includes a strainer.
