Cleveland KEL30 30 gal Steam Kettle - Stationary, 2/3 Jacket, 208v/3ph
As much as 30 gallons of pasta, rice, stew, soup, gravy, and sauce can be cooked in this Cleveland KEL30 electric kettle. By connecting this unit to an electrical hook-up, it heats the steam jacket, which is filled permanently with treated water to eliminate the need for refilling or venting. The steam jacket is rated at 50 PSI, meaning it can reach high cooking temperatures and cook product quickly. Users can modify temperatures between 145 and 160 degrees Fahrenheit to achieve various cooking results. With its two-thirds design, it encases most of the kettle for uniform heat distribution, reducing the risk of cold spots or food burning. Operators can modify other operations, such as temperature and water levels, using the water-resistant control panel.
Because the Cleveland KEL30 electric kettle is stationary, it can't be tilted to release thick product; instead, solid foods can be scooped out, while liquids can be drained from the 2-inch tangent draw-off valve, which contains a strainer to ensure solid foods remain in the kettle. This floor model measures 28 3/4 inches wide by 37 inches deep by 38 inches high and is mounted on a stabilizing open tri-leg base with adjustable, flanged feet that can be bolted into the floor. To withstand daily use in busy kitchens, the kettle's interior and exterior are rust-resistant stainless steel that's simple to wipe clean.
