These surfaces resist corrosion, are simple to wipe clean, and endure repeated heating. A spring-assisted cover built into the kettle's top preserves temperatures while food is cooked and protects products from contaminants. To prevent damage when the cover is closed repeatedly, the rolled rim has a reinforced design.
