Great for heating large batches of soup, stew, and pasta, the Cleveland KGL80 steam kettle holds 80 gallons of product. Its interior is made of durable 316 stainless steel—a heavy-duty metal that resists corrosion and rust over long-term use—and a steam jacket encases the unit's lower two-thirds to heat product evenly. The self-contained jacket is filled with treated, distilled water that doesn't require refilling or venting, while a power-burner heating system uses natural gas to heat the jacket quickly. Operators can adjust temperature settings with the control panel, which includes solid-state temperature controls, LED indicators for heat cycle status and low-water levels, and a power on/off switch.

Once product is ready to be served or removed, the Cleveland KGL80 steam kettle's 2-inch-diameter, tangent draw-off valve expels product smoothly without the exertion a tilting kettle requires. It comes with a drain strainer to catch solid product and remove liquid to streamline serving and cleaning. For stabilization, the unit's adjustable flanged feet can be bolted to the floor, and overall, this unit measures 41 5/8 inches wide by 42 3/8 inches deep by 45 1/2 inches high.
