Cleveland TMKDL-125-T (2) 125 gal Steam Kettles - Power Tilt, 2/3 Jacket, Direct Steam

The Cleveland TMKDL-125-T tilting kettles sit on adjustable solid feet that can be bolted down to provide stability and prevent wobbling. These kettles are equipped with large pour spouts for emptying product, and nylon blades effectively scrape off stuck-on food to reduce waste. To facilitate cleaning, several of the unit's components are removable, and a quick-opening butterfly valve can be used to safely drain broths, stocks, and other liquids after cooking. The kettles provide direct steam and operate with a manual-tilt mechanism.

Each of the Cleveland TMKDL-125-T twin steam kettles has a 125-gallon capacity, making them great for preparing a large variety of food. To enable steaming, the kettle bodies are filled 2/3 of the way with water, providing the interiors with even heat for cooking. A built-in faucet provides hot and cold water as needed when cooking. When the bridge is lifted, the mixer shuts off for safety, and an additional safety device prohibits high-speed startups. This unit is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
