Equipped with a 2/3 steam jacket around both its kettles, the Cleveland TMKEL80T twin mixer kettle produces uniform heating results. The jackets are filled with treated water and don't require venting or refilling, reducing maintenance needs. A hydraulic-powered agitator and scraper mix product and remove buildup while distributing heat from the steam jacket. To achieve different results, the agitator's speed adjusts from 0 to 320 rotations per minute while the scraper's speed can be set from 0 to 40 rotations per minute. After product is blended to the desired consistency, solid-state temperature controls maintain temperatures within a 1-degree-Fahrenheit range for simmering.

This Cleveland TMKEL80T electric mixer kettle features a tilting mechanism supported by roller bearings, minimizing the need for operators to lift the heavy kettles. When pouring, the kettles self-lock, preventing spillage and directing product out of their large pouring lips. Liquids can be expelled through the 2-inch draw-off valves near the bottom of the kettles. For longevity, this unit's exterior is made of rust-resistant stainless steel and the kettles' interiors are lined with 316 stainless steel—a metal that defends against damage from acidic products. This leg-mounted unit is supported by level, adjustable, flanged feet that can be bolted to secure it in place throughout operation. The unit measures 113 inches wide by 46 inches deep by 60 1/4 inches high, overall; each kettle's working capacity is 80 gallons.
