The Vulcan K12ETT countertop steam kettle can hold and cook 12 gallons of soups, stews, and sauces. Markings are etched on the interior so operators can measure ingredients. This unit has a jacket covering the lower two-thirds of the kettle and, when hot, water in the jacket turns to steam, cooking food from the sides. Once done, users can use the tilt handle to pour cooked food below into a separate container. The kettle can lock into a 100-degree position to ensure it is completely emptied.

This Vulcan K12ETT tilting steam kettle is made of durable stainless steel. A bar reinforces the rim so it keeps its shape, preventing warps that could alter the steam pressure. For convenience, the tilt handle can be mounted on either side of the kettle and a bracket on the control box can hold a faucet for water access. The controls and electrical wiring are held in a sealed control box on the right side. It has indicator lights to show users when the unit is on, when it is heating, and when its jacket needs to be refilled.
