With a large, 12-gallon capacity, the Vulcan K12ETT countertop steam kettle can cook high-volume batches of food at one time. Staff members can use the internal measuring marks when adding ingredients and, when ready, they can adjust the heat to the desired level. As the kettle gets hot, the water in its jacket turns into steam. This water must be kept at the correct level and, when it gets low, an indicator light notifies the user. If the water falls below safe levels, the unit will stop heating to prevent internal damage.

This Vulcan K12ETT tilting steam kettle can make a lot in a single batch, so users can use the tilt handle to pour out these contents manually. Product can be placed in containers and refrigerated until needed. For operator safety, the butterfly-shaped pouring lip reduces splatter and the lugs of the base can be bolted to the counter. This model has both power-on and heat-on indicator lights, and the sealed housing protects the electrical components from water damage. It comes with a faucet bracket so users can attach a faucet and pour water directly into the kettle.
