The Vulcan K6ETT countertop steam kettle can hold and cook 6 gallons of product at once. It has convenient measurement marks on the interior and comes with a bracket for installing a faucet on the unit. With a rotary knob, employees can adjust the temperature to accommodate each dish. When the kettle is warming up, an indicator light illuminates, and if the jacket water level starts getting low, a different light turns on. This design keeps water at the proper level and reduces downtime.

When hot, water in the kettle's walls turns into steam and surrounds food in the lower two-thirds of the kettle, heating it evenly. After cooking, employees can remove the contents by using the manual tilt lever, pouring the food into pans. Because this Vulcan K6ETT tilting steam kettle makes such a large batch, the pans can be refrigerated for later use, whether during busy hours or at a catered event. For operator safety, the unit has a butterfly-shaped pour lip that reduces splashing and its base can be secured to the counter with bolts.
