The Vulcan VEKT80/666 steam kettle and stand assembly features a rust-resistant stainless steel stand that supports three Vulcan K6ETT electric kettles. Containing spills, the rear and sides of the table have a marine edge, and to further simplify cleanup, a drain trough runs the full length of the stand and can accommodate a drain tray. Four stainless steel legs with two flange feet on the rear stabilize the stand.

The Vulcan VEKT80/666 kettle and stand assembly provides three 6-gallon kettles, for cooking large batches of food, and these kettles are jacketed around two-thirds of the body. To ensure proper operation, this jacket is filled with water, antifreeze, and rust inhibitor. Electric elements in this unit are removable and field serviceable. Handles on the kettles enable the operator to manually tilt the unit, and the butterfly shaped lip on the rim aids in pouring.
