The Thunder Group STPA3122PF perforated pan is designed to hold foods such as vegetables in the top of a steam table to keep them warm in buffet-style settings. The pan is constructed of 18/8 stainless steel for durability and is 24 gauge for a lightweight feel. It’s oven and dishwasher safe, and it’s designed to not get jammed in steam tables or stacks of pans. With its half-size design, the pan is 6²/₅ inches long by 20⁹/₁₀ inches wide by 1¹/₄ inches deep.
